Well, I'll wish you the same devious, intolerant, insensitive greetings I've been wishing everyone, including my Jewish friends, all week:
Merry Christmas, and a Blessed New Year!

Hope has two beautiful daughters. Their names are anger and courage; anger at the way things are, and courage to see that they do not remain the way they are.

Dear Curmudgeon,
Please allow me to relate an incident which occurred to me three years ago at the DMV. I went in to renew my car's registration. Greeting me at the intake desk was an African immigrant man with a large picture of Our Lord on his jacket lapel.
When my number was called I went to the clerk to processed the transaction, and then wished me Merry Christmas. Yes, Merry Christmas.
The clerk's name on his tag was Mohammed.
